Zamzam Tower is one of the seven Al-Bait towers Complex. It stands on the same place of land that the historical Ajiyad Castle was on, having a close view of the Holy Mosques of Makkah. The project is few Steps away from King Abdul Aziz Gate.
This project is constructed on a plot of land belonging to the late King Abdul Aziz endowments whose properties are invested for the sake of the Holy Mosques in Makkah.
Being constructed as B.O.T. (Building Operating Turning over), Zamzam Tower will be first project in Makkah to be executed as B.O.T. This project will be available for utilization for a period of 24 years.

The Concept
  Sokouk Al-Intifa'a
Sokouk Al-Intifa’a is the right that entitles all Muslims from around the world regardless of their nationalities, to obtain a residential suite in Zamzam Tower which is located in the proximity of the Holy mosque in Mecca. This Sokouk Al-Intifa’a is developed by Munshaat Real Estate Company to be fully compatible with Islamic Sharia’a principles.
Sokouk Al-Intifa’a enable its owner to obtain the utilization right of a residential suite for a periodical part of the year and for 24 years. Benefiting from this, the beneficiary will pay the value of this deed in advance and agrees to pay the Annual Charges for maintenance and Managerial Services.

Zamzam Tower is using the system called Sokouk Al Intifa'a which is similar to the timeshare concept but restricted you to only using the accommondation in Makkah Al Mukarramah. Where it allows you to partly own certain period of your choice within the Islamic hijrah calendar. Prices varies from seasons, suite sizes and views.

Suite sizes start from Studio (4 pax), Junior (4 pax), Large (6 pax), Amiri (6 pax) and Royal (8 pax).
There are 5 seasons to choose from. The seasons are low, mid, high, prime and hajj.
Minimum nights owned are for 7 nights in the umrah seasons, 10 nights in the last days of ramadan season and 44 nights in the hajj season. 
Prices starts from SGD$15,000 (Studio suite/low season/alternate/7 nights/haram view) to SGDS1,050,000 (Royal suite/hajj season/full/44 nights/kaabah view).
 
Zamzam Tower and Sokouk Al Intifa'a can be owned for 24 years.
It will be fully furnished according to Sofitel hotel standard. A 5 star hotel under the management of the Accor Hotels & Resorts group.
Who will also manage the rental of your said nights if owners decide not to utilize their entitlement for any particular year.
