Oasis Properties Pte Ltd (Co. Rg. No.200412926E) began its operations in 2005. It was started in singapore after a brief study on the growing developments in Makkah and Saudi Arabia which required some attention. The dramatic surge in residents, pilgrims and visitors to Makkah was starting to trigger in enormous demand on facilities and housing units in the holy city. This was turning accomodation and property in central areas overlooking the holy mosque at record high prices, and building land has now become some of the most costly in the world. Oasis jumped on that ship to began its sailing. Despite having negativity and sceptic responds from prospects in Singapore as this was something new among the Muslim community, Oasis stood strong. Its first project is Zam Zam Tower at Al Bait Complex in Makkah.
As it diversified, it secured a number of projects in the Middle East, supporting known real estate companies from Kuwait, Dubai and Qatar. But it concentrated more in the properties in Makkah Al Mukaramah. With the demand of accomadations in South East Asia, Oasis moved to greater hights when it secured 5 floors for Malaysia's very own Hajj pilgrims' custodian Lembaga Tabung Haji at Hajer Tower in the December 2007. It is a testament to Oasis Properties' belief in providing reliable service, adapting to changes, and a willingness to take on new challenges, that on July 2006 a new set of management took over. Now nearly 4 years later, it is still supporting all of its members, and adding on properties still in Makkah namely from Al Bait Complex, The Shopping Lease, Al Maqam and Marwa Tower.With agents and Sub Branches in Brunei, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, China and Singapore, with the national Umrah and Hajj industry growing at 6% annually, and with no other competitors specializing in properties in Makkah, Oasis is poised for great Success.
